Sophomore shortstop Beau Vardion of the Clarkson University Baseball team was been selected as a d3baseball.com All-Region (Region 3) member when the organization announced its annual teams on Tuesday.

Vardion was picked as an All-Region Third-Team member after breaking out in the second half of the 2025 campaign for the Golden Knights. A Liberty League Second-Team All-Star, Vardion hit .382/.431/.657 with four home runs and 18 extra-base hits overall, driving in 32 runs and scoring 20 more for the Green and Gold in 2025.

Vardion was a different hitter once the calendar turned to April. After going 0-for-2 against Cortland in a non-league game on April 1st, he hit .484 (31-for-64) over the final 17 games of the season, going hitless just once in that stretch. In those final 17 games, he had nine multi-hit games, drove in 25 runs, and struck three home runs as well as 10 doubles. In 18 conference games during the regular season, Vardion hit .413/.452/.683 and drove in 21 runs
