The Series: The Golden Knights have won the season series against St. Lawrence the last four years. In 2022, Clarkson won two of three, and in 2021 the Knights went 4-1. The Green and Gold swept all four in 2019 and won three of four in 2018, while the series was a split back in 2017.

Key Stats for Clarkson (10-19, 8-7 Liberty League): The Golden Knights have won five of 11 games in the West Division while St. Lawrence has won twice, so Clarkson needs to pick up just one win to reach the Liberty League Crossover series, with a likely destination of either Skidmore or RPI. Until then, the Knights need to maintain their balanced offense against the Saints, as the team has a fleet of steady hitters. Nine of 11 players with 50 plate appearances or more are hitting .300 or better. Colby Brouillette has driven in 18 runs, Jake Millich has 15 extra-base hits with 11 doubles and three triples, James Mason has the top average at .343, and Robert Whalen has a team-best .564 slugging percentage.

Key Stats for St. Lawrence (9-18, 3-12 Liberty League): In contrast to the Knights, the Saints have a handful of hitters above the .290 mark, led by Timothy Connor, who possesses a slash line of .375/.439/.568 with three home runs, 17 runs batted in, and 22 runs scored. Michael Goretti (.292) and Caleb Clark (.291) are also challenging the .300 mark. Although the Saints' pitching staff has allowed 140 walks and 41 hit batsmen in 204 innings, St. Lawrence still has a solid group of weekend starters. Jack Sylvia is the team's top pitcher, having struck out 29 in 32 innings of work and allowing a .236 average, while Michael Hutchins has been good in his four starts this year, posting a 3.57 earned run average and a .214 opponents' average.
