In a rare weekday game, thousands of middle and elementary aged students from across the region will be treated to a top 10 national matchup when the #5 Clarkson Golden Knights host the #6 Saints of St. Lawrence. Puck drop is slated for 11:00 am at Cheel Arena.
The game is a non conference match-up, but with both teams moving up in the national rankings, this game will have all the makings of why the Clarkson vs SLU rivalry one of the best in college hockey.
Both teams will be with out the services of one of their stars, as
Haley Winn and Julia Gosling will be in the Arizona Desert for the
USA v Canada Rivalry Series that will start Wednesday night at 9:30 est and can be seen on NHL Network.
What bodes well for the Knights is despite the loss of Winn, Clarkson has had such depth in it's offensive production.
Sena Catterall is coming off a Hat Trick at RPI last Saturday and 19 Knights now have earned at least 1 point on the season.
