Gabrielle David followed up her three goal performance yesterday with two goals and an assist today to help the Knights take both games in their trip to Maine.  

Caitrin Lonergan scored just 3:54 into the game to put Clarkson up 1-0.  Lonergan ended the weekend with a goal and 5 assists.  David extended the lead to 2-0 after one.  

Maine pulled to within a goal, but Haley Winn scored on the power play to reclaim the 2 goal lead. 

Maine went on the power play in the third period at the 10:20 mark, and as the Knights killed it off, they got a rush with numbers and Olivia Hanson was able to feed David for her second of the game and fifth goal of the weekend.  Jenna Goodwin used her speed to get to a loose puck to finish the scoring and seal the win for Clarkson.

Michelle Pasiechnyk ended with 19 saves as Clarkson out shot their opponent once again, this time 40 to 21.

This week the team will host SLU in their conference game on Thursday, Dec. 2nd at 6:00 pm.
