Kathryn Bishop joined Clarkson University as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in the fall of 2017. A native of Brookfield, NH, Bishop graduated in 2016 from Merrimack College where she attained her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training. She recently earned her Master’s in Kinesiology and Sport Management from the University of South Dakota in May of 2017.
Bishop primarily works with the Women's Hockey, Volleyball, Nordic Ski and Baseball teams.
Prior to Clarkson, Bishop served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Buena Vista University located in Storm Lake, Iowa. While at Buena Vista, she was responsible for providing care to the university’s football and baseball teams.
While at Merrimack, Bishop served as the student athletic trainer with the Division I men’s ice hockey team and the men’s basketball team. A Division I student-athlete herself, Bishop played an integral role on Merrimack’s Field Hockey team.
