Clarkson University Athletics

Manasseh Small has been named the assistant coach for the Clarkson University Men’s Basketball team for the upcoming 2024-2025 season. 

A graduate of the College of Saint Rose (Albany, N.Y.) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/ Sports Management, Small was a three year member of the Golden Knights’ men’s basketball program. He appeared in 48 contests at Saint Rose, helping the team advance to the NE10 Championship Quarterfinal in 2022. Prior to Clarkson, Small also attended West Virginia Wesleyan where he began his masters in Business Administration and NonProfit Management while appearing in nine games for the Bobcats. 

A member of the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall and spring semesters as a freshman and sophomore, Small brings experience working in sports marketing and as a teen coach and counselor for the Brooklyn Youth Sports Club.
