The Clarkson University Athletic Department is pleased to announce the hiring of Nicole Jeffrey as the top assistant coach for the Golden Knights' Women's Basketball program for the 2025-26 season.
Jeffrey graduated from St. Lawrence University with a major in Communications in 2023 and then achieved her master's degree in Leadership from there as well.
Jeffrey had an unusual path as a student-athlete, partially due to COVID, playing for the Saints' basketball team in three non-consecutive seasons while also serving as an assistant coach in between, doing so in her first year as a graduate student (2023-24). Over the course of 73 games, Jeffrey accumulated 130 points, 227 rebounds, 57 assists, 55 steals, and 17 blocked shots. She was also on the Saints' Women's outdoor track and field squad in 2025.
In addition to serving as the Saints' assistant coach in 2023-24, Jeffrey has also coached youth basketball in her hometown of Norwich, NY.
