For the second time in three weeks, freshman Conley Burns of the Clarkson University Volleyball team has been selected as the Liberty League Rookie of the Week.

Burns had an historic performance in the team's second match on Saturday against Salve Regina, posting 29 kills with a hitting percentage of .431 in the five-set contest. Her 29 kills were the most by any Clarkson player during the Carol Munger-coaching era (since 2016) and the most in the Liberty League since the final two matches involving Liberty League teams in 2019. For the weekend, Burns averaged 4.50 kills per set and had a .383 hitting percentage.

Through the opening nine matches of the 2025 season, Burns is averaging 3.27 kills per set, which ranks eighth in the Liberty League, with a .243 hitting percentage, a figure that is just outside the top 10 in the conference. She has also contributed 1.64 digs per set.
