Looking to remain unbeaten in 2024, the Clarkson University Men's Soccer team takes a short trip down the road to take on North Country foe SUNY Canton on Wednesday afternoon.

The Series: Clarkson has won nine of 10 meetings against the Kangaroos, including a 2-0 win a year ago. Jonathan Dereka and Dylan Jasey scored roughly eight minutes apart early in the second half to lift the Golden Knights to the win. Clarkson has allowed only two goals to SUNY Canton in the series, both of which came during the Roos' lone win against the Green and Gold in 2014.

Key Stats for Clarkson (3-0-2): The Golden Knights have yet to be held scoreless in a game during the 2024 season, but have only scored more than one goal in a game once this season. Clarkson's defense has been a big part of those lone scores holding up, as the Knights are stingy in regards to allowing shots getting close to goal. In five games, the Knights have allowed only 19 of 44 attempts from opponents to break through, and only three of those have gotten past Carter Kladstrup, who sports a 0.60 goals against average.

Key Stats for SUNY Canton (1-5-1): The Roos have split goalkeeping duties for the first 630 minutes of the season. Jason Vela has seen the majority of the time with nearly 390 minutes and has made 23 saves, but it's Nolan Sullivan who has produced superior numbers is just over 240 minutes. Sullivan has also made 23 saves with an .821 save percentage. Hayden Brimelow is one of four players to score a goal for the Roos and he leads the team with three points.
