It came down to an early morning assessment of field conditions, but the Clarkson University Softball team will open up Liberty League play on Sunday afternoon against St. Lawrence University at Scott Field.

The Series: The Golden Knights are 15-7 all-time against St. Lawrence since the program's first season in 2014. Clarkson swept the doubleheader in 2023 thanks in part to Zoey Kovach, who was 5-for-8 in the two games which included the game-winning RBI in extra innings in one of the contests.

Key Stats for Clarkson (7-9): Junior Devin Fitzpatrick is closing in on a round number for statistics, as she is nine strikeouts short of 200 for her career with the Golden Knights.
