Both teams will be looking for a win to stay in the playoff hunt on Tuesday as the Clarkson University Women's Soccer team hosts St. Lawrence University in a key matchup of conference foes.

The Series: Although St. Lawrence has won 32 and tied twice in 40 meetings against Clarkson, it is the Golden Knights who are on the recent hot streak. The Knights have won three straight games against SLU, beating the Saints 2-0 last year thanks to second-half goals from Arin Bates and Emma Robinson.

Key Stats for Clarkson (5-6-3, 2-3-2 Liberty League): Although Clarkson cannot be eliminated from the playoffs on Tuesday with a loss, the Knights end the season against two teams vying for one of the last spots in the conference tournament. Clarkson is in a good spot offensively, having scored seven goals in the last three games following shutouts in its previous three contests. Senior Chloe Hodge has broken out in a big way recently, scoring a goal in each of the last three league games. Likewise, Maddie Lopol has scored twice in the last three games, including what proved to be the game-winner against RPI.

Key Stats for St. Lawrence (8-6-1, 2-4-1 Liberty League): The Saints also cannot be eliminated from the league playoff picture on Tuesday, but with a loss to Clarkson and a Union win on Wednesday the Saints would find themselves out of the postseason picture. Emma Casey scored the lone goal for SLU against Skidmore in a 1-0 win that kept the team going on a three-game win streak. She ranks second on the team in scoring with 10 points, behind only Grace Mochnal (5-4-14). Zoe Rogan is again a menace off the bench, having scored eight points on three goals and two assists in 411 minutes as a reserve.
