Clarkson earned a weekend sweep after downing Brown 4-2 today in Providence.
Sena Catterall would lead the way with two goals, her first was the lone goal of the 1st period, at 19:40.Â

In the 2nd period, Brown would take a 2-1 lead on goals from McDadi and Decoste. Then at 17:53, Clarkson's
Anne Cherkowski would pull the Knights even with an unassisted goal, her 12 of the season.
In the 3rd period,
Nicole Gosling would score on the Power Play at 1:46 to give the Knights the lead for good. Catterall would get the empty net goal with 2:20 left for her 2nd of the game. Â
Julia Minotti would make 17 saves on 19 shots, to run her record to 7-0-1 on the season.
Clarkson was 1 for 2 on the Power Play and held Brown to 0 for 2.
Next up the Knights will have the league home and home series with St. Lawrence. Friday night, Clarkson will travel to Appleton, and then host the Saints on Saturday at Cheel.
