The Series: The Golden Knights are just 6-41 all-time against St. Lawrence, but all six of those wins have come since 2015, as the Green and Gold have gone 6-2 in that span. The Saints did outlast Clarkson last year, 18-16.

Key Stats for Clarkson (7-7, 2-5 Liberty League): Junior defender Rylee Ganter has caused a turnover in 10 of the last 11 games and leads the team with 22 caused turnovers while also producing 24 groundballs. Offensively, the Knights already have three players over 40-plus points in Julia Lavarnway (18-37-55), Madelynn Barnum (40-10-50), and Lauren Shanahan (34-6-40). Barnum (64 draws, 20 groundballs, 20 caused turnovers) and Shanahan (59 draws, 21 groundballs, 13 caused turnovers) have also added to the stat sheet in other categories. Shanahan is looking to become the fourth Clarkson freshman to reach 40 goals in her first season, potentially joining Christine Wright (50, 2013), Alyssa Cristaldi (44, 2010), and Paige Fayette (42, 2014).

Key Stats for St. Lawrence (6-5, 4-2 Liberty League): Despite five defeats, the Saints are receiving votes in the latest IWLCA poll, just outside the top 25. That respect is derived from all five losses coming against ranked teams, as St. Lawrence's defeats have come against the current number-one, number-three, 13th, 20th, and 24th ranked teams in the poll. St. Lawrence is scoring 9.91 goals per game, but the team has 12.8 goals per game against non-ranked teams and 6.4 goals per contest versus ranked foes. Charlotte Powell leads the team in scoring with 28 points (22-6-28) while Jacquie Cloutier (20-6-26) and Dana Fernandez (13-4-17) round out the top three. Each has also added double figures in draws and groundballs, with Cloutier having forced 19 turnovers.
