Clarkson travels to Dartmouth looking to move up in ECAC standings

Clarkson will play their final two contests of the fall semester ad they travel to New England to face Dartmouth and Harvard.  The Big Green are 2-9-1 while Harvard is 1-11-1.

The Knights come into the weekend after a sweep of the Syracuse Orange 4-1 and 5-0.  Clarkson finished out their non conference portion of the season 11-0-1.  They remain the only unbeaten team in Women's Div. I and still maintain the #5 spot in the national polls.

Clarkson is getting balance across the lineup in both scoring and defensive play.  The top two lines have 48 and 35 points making it tough for teams to key in one just one line.  Last game vs Syracuse, Rebecca Morissette and Laurence Frenette both chipped in goals giving depth from another source and if that isn't enough of a difficult match-up, the teams leading scorers are 2 D, Winn and Gosling.  Clarkson is also tops in the nation for a team Goals Against Average thanks to Michelle Pasiechnyk and Julia Minotti.

Clarkson, despite a 5-0-1 record in ECAC play, sit in 4th place with 16.5 points.  Colgate and Cornell both have 2 games more played in ECAC action and will not be playing any ECAC games this weekend, so the Knights have a chance to move up in the standings.  Finishing top 4 in the ECAC will ensure home ice in the quarterfinal round of the ECAC playoffs.

Today's game can be streamed on ESPN+.
