The Series: Clarkson has yet to win a game in its all-time series versus the Dutchwomen, having gone 0-24-4 in 28 previous meetings. The games have been closer in the last decade, as all four ties have come since 2011 and five contests went to overtime. The Dutchwomen picked up the win a year ago, 2-1, despite being outshot by the Knights 12-8.

Key Stats for Clarkson (7-5-2, 2-3-1 Liberty League): The Knights are currently in a three-way tie for sixth in the Liberty League standings along with their next two opponents, Union and St. Lawrence, so these games will play an important role in determining the final spot, not only for the points but for tie-breaking procedures. Clarkson finds several of its players on the conference leaderboards. Sarah Kohls leads the team and conference in both goals (8) and points (19) while Lillian Gillett is tied for eighth in the conference in goals (5). Chloe Hodge is also tied for second in assists (5) and Molly DiCaprio leads the league in saves (62).

Key Stats for Union (8-4-2, 2-3-1 Liberty League): The Dutchwomen have spent the year splitting goalkeeping duties as Abby Mitty is usually the starter with averages of 1.29 goals against and an .804 save percentage in 630 minutes and Rachel Berliner has a 0.86 goals against average with a save percentage of .857. Sam Friedman is the team's leading scorer with 10 points on four goals and two assists. Friedman was a key part of Union's win over the Knights in 2021 as she scored the game-tying goal and assisted on the game-winner for the Dutchwomen. Emma Maley, Meghan Piser, and Amanda Squeglia have each added two goals for Union, with Maley also contributing two assists.
