After Thursday's game at Syracuse needed overtime to settle the affair, Saturday continued the trend between the Knights and the Orange as the two teams went to overtime again and this time the game ended in a 1-1 tie.
The two teams went scoreless in the first period, with the Knights outshooting the Orange, 12 to 3. Syracuse struck first as Abby Moloughney scored on the power play at 8:50 of the second period to give the Orange a 1-0 lead going into the intermission.
Clarkson got a power play early in the third and
Nicole Gosling was able to capitalize at 2:12 with assists from
Haley Winn and Catirin Lonergan.
Clarkson's
